A2) My second answer that I was able to draw a conclusion through all my research and mentorship is, Execution.

Q3) What are three details to support or justify your second answer?

Speed and timing are one of the most basic yet vital pillars in sparring and also because Taekwondo Sparring  is renown for its fast and power kicks. With speed the Taekwondo athlete is able to deliver the punishing strike and with timing the athlete will be able to score the point or even score a K.O.

Q4) What source helped you prove this answer is justified for your Essential Question?
A4) Through my research with the "Competitive Taekwondo Strategy" book, my mentorship, and my personal experience with sparring.

Q5) What do you plan to study next with your second answer and why?

This component helped me understand my foundation because I was constantly learning new techniques and skills that can be used in different scenarios and cases during certain matches. For example, the shuffle back roundhouse kick is used for a defense kick, and the stepping back kick is used for an offensive technique.
