Blog 15: Independent Component 2 Approval
Q1) Write a description of what you will be doing for your independent study component.
A1) I plan on to continue my mentorship at the Taekwondo school but now focus more specifically on the sparring rather than form and kicking techniques.
Q2) Describe in detail how you think your plan will meet 30 hours of work requirement.
A2) I plan make sure I am there on sparring days, which is every Friday, and study close with my mentor and learn as much as I can for sparring.

A3) It relates to my EQ because this component is now directed towards Taekwondo sparring.

Blog 14: Independent component 1
Literal
a) I, Indra Noor, affrim that i completed my independent component which represent 30 hours of work.b) My main source was my mentorship at the Taekwondo school I work at in Rancho Cucamunga.

d) I basically continued doing my mentorship.

Applied
This component helped me understand my foundation because I was constantly learning new techniques and skills that can be used in different scenarios and cases during certain matches. For example, the shuffle back roundhouse kick is used for a defense kick, and the stepping back kick is used for an offensive technique. With basic attack and defense techniques I can add different variations to the technique.
